CHILD SUPPORT
Child support is calculated using the first $250,000.00 of combined gross income. Each party's gross weekly income is used to calculate a child support order.
The only items used for deductions calculation of the guidelines are:

Weekly cost for health insurance

Weekly combined cost for dental and vision

Weekly childcare costs

Weekly child support payments paid for not included in your present matter
